What is Areola Tattooing?

Areola restoration is a technique in the paramedical field of permanent makeup (PMU). This technique focuses on the drawing and design to recreate the illusion of an areola and nipple with a hyperrealism effect. The 3D effect is achieved using a combination of contrasting lights and shadows that create an incredible effect when combined in the right way. Areola restoration is used for aesthetic or medical procedures for both men and women and breast cancer survivors.

Who is this course for?

This course is designed for both beginners and advanced artists. Paramedical Tattooing is a technique that is changing lives. In this course you will learn how to properly identify the right technique and treatment for each individual client to personalize each service for optimal results. 

What will you learn?

You will learn two techniques:

1) How to draw and design a 3D areola/nipple for individuals such as breast cancer survivors who have lost their areolas/nipples post mastectomy due to breast cancer.

2) How to tattoo over breast scars left behind aesthetic procedures such as breast lift/breast reductions or any breast surgery.
